Fuzzy Creamspresso, a delicious recipe by Lassonde Food Service

Number of servings

  • 1 oz Fairlee Peach 7+1 concentrate (non-diluted)
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 2 oz 15% cream
  • 1 oz 2% milk

Peach Cold Foam

Blend or froth 1 oz of Peach 7+1 concentrate (non diluted) + cream + milk until foamy.

 

Build In the Glass

  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add espresso.
  3. Fill peach cold foam to top.
