Matcha Passion Cream, a delicious recipe by Lassonde Food Service

Number of servings

  • 1 oz Fairlee Tropical Passion 7+1 concentrate (diluted, 7:1)
  • 2 oz prepared matcha
  • 2 oz 15% cream
  • 1 oz 2% milk

Tropical passion cold foam

Create a tropical passion cold foam by blending or frothing the cream, milk and 1 oz Tropical Passion 7+1 concentrate (non-diluted) for 15 seconds.

 

Build directly in the glass

  1. Add the matcha.
  2. Fill up the glass with ice.
  3. Pour the tropical passion cold foam on top until full.
